This course is intended for those experienced with programming in general or Javascript in particular, SQL writing, relational databases preferably with the Maximo structure or with report writing concepts. It provides an introduction to writing reports for Maximo or a Maximo-related product. Through this training, the student will learn the use of the Eclipse report writing tool, the work specific to Maximo that has been incorporated into this tool, the steps of creating a report using BIRT, the various templates available for reporting and basic report administration required for deploying reports in Maximo.

This course enables developers and integrators to customize business objects within the architecture of the IBM Tivoli Process Automation Platform. This training is similar to the TR271 training offered by IBM. It requires advanced knowledge and experience in JAVA development.
